Solution is possible in recurrent IVF failures. A 3-step approach solves this problem. No matter how many times you experience in vitro fertilisation failure, the 3-step plan solves the problems. If we briefly summarize these stages;

1.) Obtaining the euploid (genetically correct) embryo: Genetic (PGD) study is performed with a suitable cycle management. Genetic study can be in the form of qPCR, aCGH, or FİSH. The desired result is that embryos can go to the 5th day.

2) Frozen cycle (perfected with LH and / or estradiol values); If the euploid 5th day embryos are placed in the frozen cycle, the desired result is approached.

3) PRP application; PRP (platelet vaccine and / or pregnancy vaccine) prepared according to the appropriate day indicated by the Lh peak values in the frozen cycle planned by making corrections according to the LH values of the expectant mother. 2 frozen embryos are placed after thawing.

If the euploid 5th day is placed in the frozen cycle after the PRP given on the day determined according to the basal LH values of the patient, very high pregnancy rates are achieved. Reaching % 80-90 pregnancy ratio is possible.
